Job Description
An electric vehicle company in Ghana is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead its business operations, drive growth, and oversee the development of its electric mobility business. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage resources, supervise departmental heads, and ensure the company achieves its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to support growth and profitability.
- * Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
- * Lead and coordinate departmental heads and management teams.
- * Establish performance targets and monitor business results.
- * Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- * Prepare business reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- * A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Management is an advantage.
- * Significant experience in senior management or business leadership.
- * Strong strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills.
- * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- * Experience in the automotive, electric mobility, energy, or technology industry will be an advantage.
