We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head, Business Unit to lead and scale our operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and overall business performance while building and leading a high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market expansion 
• Own and deliver on revenue, profitability, and cost targets (P&L responsibility) 
• Lead sales and business development initiatives to achieve targets 
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency and service excellence 
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team 
• Identify new opportunities for innovation and business growth 
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across the unit

 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in business development, operations, and financial management
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in QSR industry is mandatory
