About the Role
We are looking for hands-on and results-driven Regional/Branch Managers to oversee operations across our Power Division locations. The role requires someone who can take full ownership of sales performance, manage outlets within a location, and drive both direct and channel sales within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all B2C and channel (C2C) sales activities within the region
- Oversee daily operations of the outlets
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and channel partners
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch sales team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
Requirements
- MBA from a reputable institution
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales in power, energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of retail and channel sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
