About the Role
This is a senior leadership position reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organisation's human capital strategy and overseeing administrative operations across corporate offices, regional branches, and factory facilities.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and L&D programmes across the organisation
• Drive the performance management cycle and compensation & benefits frameworks
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and manage employee relations
• Oversee facilities management, corporate fleet operations, and administrative governance
• Manage payroll, statutory deductions (PAYE), and pension remittances


Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPM certification is mandatory; an MBA or Master's in HR is an added advantage
• 8–10 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in a multi-location operational environment (manufacturing, FMCG, agro-allied, or logistics)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and industrial relations
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems
