Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR & Admin: Manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, policy implementation, and staff welfare.
  • Operations: Plan and monitor train schedules, freight/logistics operations, and station management to ensure punctuality.
  • Marketing: Develop promotional campaigns, enhance passenger experience, and manage public relations and corporate branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, HRM, or Marketing.
