Requirements:
* First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
* Professional HR certification/membership (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is an added advantage.
* Strong experience in HR Operations and administration.
* Sound knowledge of HR policies, processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance.
* Experience managing employee records, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
* Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience within the financial services industry is mandatory.
