Role Summary
The HR Officer will support the Human Resources function by managing recruitment activities, employee relations, performance management processes, training initiatives, and general HR administration. The role requires a proactive and people-focused professional committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations, welfare, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate staff training and learning activities.
- Support policy implementation and HR compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Assist with payroll administration and leave management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ HR experience.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
