The HR, Administration & Executive Support Lead is responsible for overseeing human resources and administrative functions while providing direct executive support to the Managing Director. The role also supports corporate events and marketing coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a seamless internal and external brand experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in HR, administration, or executive support roles
Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Proven ability to support senior executives effectively
Good understanding of corporate communications and event coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
