Human Capital Coordinator

Are you someone who can:

• Ensure the execution of Human Capital requirements as per agreed processes and procedures
• Oversee the entire recruitment process; create job postings, screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, conduct psychometric assessments, background checks and prepare contracts
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training schedules
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
• Maintain employee records, Human Capital databases, and Human Capital information systems
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Utilize the available tools and technologies to deliver high-impact support to the business across the partnering value chain
• Assist Human Capital Business Partners with the implementation of practice, initiatives and project implementation

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• A Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar HR admin or coordinator role
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
