Job Summary:
Petrotrade (Private) Limited seeks a highly qualified Human Capital Officer to deliver efficient and effective HR services, supporting the organisation's people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities
- Administer employee benefits and prepare HR reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 5 years' experience in HR management, with at least 3 years as an HR Officer
- Knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and NEC frameworks
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Familiarity with HRIS and computer literacy in MS Office
