REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g.,
SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent management disciplines (recruitment, L&D, performance management). At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an HR or talent management department.
