What you become a part of:
As the Institution Manager you will be responsible for the institute Business through the Medical team by creating the demand generation for SHGL brands in Southern Ghana by promoting the company’s products through range of promotional and marketing activities.
Key deliverables:
· Manage the institution business in your assigned region through a team of Medical Sales Representatives
· Responsible for the prescription generation by regularly meeting the KOLs, listed prescribers.
· Ensure that the team implements Marketing activities in successful and effective manner.
· Coordinates with Marketing team, Key Accounts, and the customers to do the Medico-marketing & promotional activities like CME, Medical Camps, RTMs.
· Ensure SHGL participation in the professional forums to enhance the visibility and presence in assigned region.
· Facilitate the regular training for your teams on monthly, half-yearly & annual basis.
· Response to queries from institutions and internal stakeholders, escalates complex queries and interact with key opinion leaders to build relationships and understand requirements, conduct quarterly feedback exercise from your customers, team members and submit the same to the SHGL management.
· Ensure the submission of the reports by you and your team members on weekly as well as month end as per the prescribed reporting format.
· Judiciously manage operating expenses, (transportation, A&P, travel) while ensuring sustainable productivity.
· Establish a monitoring system to ensure compliance with the sales plan on volume, price, and value objectives for product.
Essential qualifications, experience and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
· 5 Years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
