Reports To: Executive Chef / Head Steward
- Job Summary: Maintain hygiene in the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the kitchen environment is sanitary and organized.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cookware.
- Clean kitchen floors, countertops, and cooking equipment.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation (peeling, chopping) when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness meets food safety standards.
- Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours, physically fit, prior kitchen experience preferred, and a strong sense of hygiene.
