Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager
- Job Summary: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waitstaff, hosts, and bussers during shifts.
- Ensure service standards (greeting, order-taking, serving, clearing) are maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on menu changes and specials.
- Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality, 2+ years supervisory experience in a restaurant/hotel, strong leadership, and customer service skills.
