Key Responsibilities
Internal Customer
· Collaborate with Sales team to ensure that FSE/TS sales receive and work on leads assigned to them.
· Also refer to the service points prospects that fell within the cash threshold.
· Ensure co-operation with other members of the sales team.
· Accurately quantify express revenue potential as well as current shipping profile in addition to validating customer information and needs when assigning leads
· Produce quality prospects and potential account leads to contribute to the achievement of the country’s overall sales objectives and targets.
· May participate in ad hoc projects and assignments from time to time.
Process
· Make a minimum of 45 calls per selling day to suspects in view of converting these to prospects for sales team of key into their pipeline.
· Daily activities need to be planned and entered into the COMET.
· Daily/weekly analysis and feedback must be submitted to the Telesales Manager.
· Where necessary, raise necessary documentation applicable to the main customer information is available and current
Process
· Build up a keen relationship with the relative parties.
· Develop/facilitate the specific process for Key accounts.
· Assist in the Implementation of compliant clearance procedures.
External Stakeholders
· Integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customers” immediate and future needs.
· Provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
· Source and qualify all suspects received in order to pass leads to the appropriate sales channel and /or resource via COMET/ CSV.
Maximize all opportunities to secure new businesses through the lead qualification process in order to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree
