Our client, a leading Consulting and Outsourcing Firm, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Learning & Development Lead to facilitate the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that support business growth and client success.


About the Role
The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's learning strategy, managing training programs, identifying competency gaps, and delivering innovative learning solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
 Conduct training needs assessments and competency gap analyses across business units and client organizations.
 Design, develop, and manage training programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives, and learning interventions.
 Lead the development of learning content, training materials, and e-learning solutions.
 Manage relationships with facilitators, training vendors, and other learning partners.
 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
 Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
 Prepare training reports, budgets, and performance dashboards for management review.
 Identify emerging learning trends and recommend innovative approaches to workforce development.


Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5–8 years' progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training Management, or Organizational Development.
 Experience within a consulting, outsourcing, professional services, or corporate learning environment is highly desirable.
 Professional certifications such as CIPM, ATD, SHRM, HRCI, CPTD, or related certification is required.
 Strong experience in training design, facilitation, learning needs assessment, and performance management.
 Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
