Job Summary:
MCA Consulting Ghana Limited is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing and Media Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing media communications, and creating engaging content to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and media strategies.
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality long-form video content for various platforms.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Draft press releases, articles, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to maximize brand coverage.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and media coverage.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in marketing, media, communications, content creation, or a related role.
- Portfolio: A portfolio of edited long-form video is required and will be assessed during the recruitment process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
