Listen & Improve: Collect feedback through calls and share user insights with the team to shape nsave’s growth
Who You’ll Be:
A Great Communicator: You love talking to people and explaining things clearly. Experience in customer support, telesales, or community engagement (fintech or banking is a plus!).
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Quick learner when it comes to new apps and systems.
Patient & Problem-Solving: You stay calm with frustrated users and help them step by step. You notice patterns in feedback and suggest improvements.
