Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and manage reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in organizing company events and logistics.
