Job Description:

The Payroll & Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of payroll, maintaining employee records, managing attendance data, and providing administrative support to the HR department. The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Track attendance and leave data accurately.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities.
