Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities
• Improve and document processes, SOPs, and internal systems
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments
• Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs
• Support management with planning and execution of expansion strategies
• Lead operational problem-solving and ensure timely service delivery
• Manage resources and logistics to ensure efficiency
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
