Africa Dyslexia Organisation (ADO) is looking for a sharp, proactive, mission-driven Programs & Operations Coordinator to support and strengthen our programmes across Ghana.

What You’ll Lead:
1. Programme coordination, planning, and execution
2. Coordinate the Dyslexia Advocates Fellowship & all ADO training programmes
3. Community and stakeholder engagement (schools, parents, partners)
4. Event management — logistics, registration, communication & reporting
5. Monitoring, evaluation, and data consolidation
6. Internal coordination across teams and volunteers
7. Preparing activity reports, briefs, and presentations
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- A strong communicator (written & verbal)
- Comfortable coordinating teams, partners, and beneficiaries
- Experiential or trained in programme management, education, psychology, social impact, or related fields
- Tech-savvy and ready to learn
- Able to work independently and also collaborate
- Passionate about education, inclusion, and supporting individuals with dyslexia
