Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Remittance Manager to oversee and manage remittance operations, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily remittance operations
- Monitor transaction processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues
- Prepare operational and financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in remittance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
