Job Summary
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Operations Executive to oversee and improve internal business operations, financial coordination, and process execution within the company. The ideal candidate must have a strong accounting background, prior leadership experience, and operational discipline to support cross-department activities, reporting, and strategic execution. Experience in FMCG and marketing capability will be an advantage.



Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Financial Coordination

  • Lead and optimize internal operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Manage financial tracking, budget execution, operational cost reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with management to implement operational strategies and performance frameworks.
  • Support payroll, vendor payments, invoicing, and general internal financial compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial performance reports.

Leadership & Team Supervision

  • Provide leadership across teams, ensuring accountability and smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Coordinate inter-department workflow and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist in developing internal SOPs, workflow policies, and productivity tracking systems.


Business & Stakeholder Support

  • Work alongside management to support business planning and operational decision-making.
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers when needed.
  • Support administrative planning, logistics coordination, and internal audits.

Marketing & Industry Advantage (Added Value)

  • Marketing skills are a plus for operational alignment with brand and business activities.
  • FMCG industry exposure and execution understanding is a strong added advantage.
  • Digital and offline marketing insight will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong background in accounting is mandatory.
  • Previous leadership or management experience is required.
  • High proficiency in financial tools, MS Excel, accounting systems, and reporting.
  • Excellent planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple moving parts.
