Key Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Project Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) with strong field experience to join the team.
Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion.
Provide technical support during design, procurement and construction phases.
Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and material submittals.
Prepare project reports, progress updates and risk assessments.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control and HSE requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Must have 5-10 years proven field experience in construction, marine, oil & gas, or heavy engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management practices.
Experience in procurement coordination and vendor management.
Familiarity with offshore operations, AHTS/PSV projects, or crude oil logistics is an added advantage.
Proficiency in engineering software and MS Project/Primavera is desirable.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
COREN registration (or in view) is an advantage.
Key Competencies:
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage.
COREN registration (for Civil Engineers) or relevant professional affiliation.
Experience in EPC project environments.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
