Requirement
• Minimum of a HND in relevant studies
• Knowledge of front desk management techniques
• Knowledge of basic administrative principles
• Proficient in use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and outlook
• Knowledge of basic communication principles
Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk and provide reception and secretarial services
• Handle guests' enquiries and provide relevant documents/guide in collaboration with appropriate unit
• Draft relevant administrative memos and letters
• Prepare memos for processing invoices and bills
• Organize outgoing and incoming mails/documents efficiently for distribution as appropriate.
