We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to be based at the Solihull office. This is a great opportunity to break into the recruitment industry with a leading UK business.

Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator will provide vital support to the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, managing applications, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role involves candidate engagement, database management, scheduling, and assisting with recruitment campaigns to ensure efficient and effective hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/CRM).
  • Post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their applications.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or administration is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS systems.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 You will need to drive.

The hours are, 08:30am – 17:30 Monday -Thursday

Friday 08:30-16:00

You can choose one day working from home each week. Most likely a Friday.

Ideally someone who has an interest in Construction recruitment, or even better someone who has worked in recruitment before.

 The salary would be up to 33k with commission all in for an experienced resourcer, or £28k with no experience including commission.
