About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial and retail clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilization, managing loan portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients while retaining and growing an existing portfolio.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for deposits, loans, and other bank products.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Manage credit applications, monitor loan performance, and ensure timely repayment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial bank.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities (for mentoring junior staff).
- Excellent operational and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
