Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up and support the B2B sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, quotes, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with business clients in your designated language(s), responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly.
Record all customer interactions, leads, and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both virtually and in person.
Monitor and follow up on sales leads, renewals, and upsell opportunities as well as attend trade shows, events, and industry conferences to promote brand visibility and build networks
Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
Fluency (written and verbal) in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, French, German, Spanish, or Arabic.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and proficient in English (company working language).
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a B2B and B2C environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
