Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end sales in a manufacturing environment. The role involves sourcing new clients, managing relationships, closing deals, and supporting marketing initiatives. Strong product knowledge and field engagement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients; manage the full sales cycle.
• Conduct field visits, pitch products, and maintain customer relationships.
• Support marketing campaigns and conduct market research.
• Provide technical product information and collaborate with production teams.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client engagement; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Results-oriented, analytical, and able to adapt to a fast-paced technical environment.
