Key Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile global online payment transactions across multiple platforms and currencies.
Track, analyze, and report on payment flows, discrepancies, and variances.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and tech teams to improve payment tracking systems.
Support audits and provide required documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
ACA (ICAN) certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5+ years relevant accounting experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or payment-driven environments.
Strong experience in online payment systems, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
