Job Summary:
Cut, bend, and install steel reinforcement bars (rebar) to reinforce concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine rebar requirements.
- Cut and bend steel bars using hand tools or power machinery.
- Tie and secure rebar cages and place them into concrete forms.
- Ensure steel structures meet structural specifications and safety standards.
Role-Specific Requirements: - Proven experience as a Steel Bender/Steel Fixer.
- Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints.
