ROLE DESCRIPTION

For this reason, we are looking for a Stock Controller who will collaborate with our Financial Controller to drive excellence in our organization while also supporting our internal Accounts unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records for all inventory received, stored, transferred, and dispatched.
- Ensure all stock is tracked by batch, supplier, receipt date, quantity, and storage location.
- Maintain strict batch identification and segregation.
- Ensure FIFO principles are applied where required.
- Maintain records of moisture test results for each batch.
- Conduct routine stock counts and cycle counts.
- Support monthly and year-end stock counts
- Provide independent oversight of warehouse stock movements and ensure compliance with company
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stock
- accounting.
- Experience in agricultural commodities (tree crops) or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to details.
