KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resource Management 
Manage recruitment processes: job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and reference 
checks.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and 3-month probation reviews. 

Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and sensitive documents. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Act & company rules.

Support quarterly performance reviews and PIP processes. 

Manage staff disciplinary processes and grievance handling. 

Track attendance, lateness, leave, and monthly staff schedules. 

2. Office Administration & Operational Support 
Oversee day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, and facility management. 

Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and utilities.

Manage office repairs, service providers, cleaners, drivers, and messenger staff. 

Ensure proper asset management: laptops, devices, equipment 

Maintain organized filing systems for all company documents. Support the CEO and Operations Lead with administrative duties. 

3. Staff Welfare & Culture Development 
Coordinate company events, meetings, training sessions, and staff engagement 
activities. 

Promote a healthy and positive work culture across all departments. 

Serve as the first point of contact for staff HR issues. 

4. Reporting & Documentation 
Prepare weekly and monthly HR/Admin reports for management. 

Update organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR databases. 

Support payroll preparation with accurate attendance & staff data. 

Maintain compliance logs: leave, contracts, probation, and performance reviews.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Act and HR principles. 

Experience with office administration and record-keeping. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
