Key Purpose
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of human resource policies, processes, employee welfare, and compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.



Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Benefits
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
    - Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    - Assist payroll department with processing benefits and employee changes.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding
    - Support full recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
    - Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

3. Performance Management and Learning Support
    - Assist in maintaining training records, programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
    - Support the administration of performance management processes and training needs analysis.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance
    - Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
    - Support disciplinary and grievance processes.
    - Assist with HR audits and compliance checks.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting
    - Update HR systems and databases with accurate data.
    - Prepare basic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and retention.
    - Assist with HR data analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant HR experience in a generalist or HR administration role.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic data analysis skills.
