Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection Support
- Post job vacancies and training programs online.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and communicate with applicants.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification.
HR Administration & Office Support
- Maintain employee records – physical and digital files.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and probation timelines.
- Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., employment offers, confirmations, transfers).
- Conduct general office administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Administration.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
