Lead the launch of Ghana’s next-generation education tech partnership platform. ETIA Ghana Operations is expanding its presence in Ghana and seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This hybrid role encompasses customer acquisition, relationship building, onboarding of new partners, and gathering valuable feedback – placing yo



Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and acquire new educational and technology partners to join the platform, expanding our user base and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and successful launch on the platform.
  • Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets (partnership sign-ups, engagement metrics), contributing directly to company growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, account management, or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales or partnership targets, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for education and technology.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
