Job Summary:
Manage the financial records, reporting, and compliance of the hotel and resort to ensure financial health and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-control measures.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or ICAG) is highly desirable.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
