Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents
  • Prepare accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries
  • Reconcile sales data with BI reports and SAP systems
  • Compile Claims Receivable Aging Reports and coordinate settlements
  • Prepare and circulate weekly and month-end stock provision reports
  • Generate sales and gross margin reports; prepare customer and brand-wise sales summaries
  • Monitor and maintain the General Ledger and sub-ledgers

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience using SAP systems is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
