1. Job Summary

Sadany & Partners Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals, manage office operations, and assist with light accounting tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Candidates residing in Nasr City or nearby areas are strongly preferred.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Managing daily office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
    • Organizing and maintaining legal files, case documents, and office records with confidentiality.
    • Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, letters, and reports.
    • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the legal team.
  • Accounting Support:
    • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
    • Maintaining petty cash records and reconciling office expenses.
    • Coordinating with external accountants as needed.
  • Office Coordination:
    • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as required.
    • Supervising office maintenance and ensuring a professional work environment.
    • Acting as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
  • Document Management:
    • Scanning, photocopying, and archiving documents in both physical and digital formats.
    • Ensuring all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in administrative support. Previous accounting experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of basic accounting software is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure.
    • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Location: Preferably residing in Nasr City or nearby areas to ensure easy commuting.
