Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Support
• Oversee office maintenance services, ensuring quality performance from service providers.
• Address and resolve internal head office customer complaints promptly.
Car Fleet Management
• Coordinate effective vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor pool car usage, fuel consumption, and driver conduct.
• Provide support services for drivers and outsourced staff.
Protocol Services
• Arrange security escort services for airport pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
Guest House Management
• Handle guest house bookings as required.
• Conduct weekly audits of guest house services using approved checklists.
Stock & Inventory Management
• Manage office consumables, expatriate consumables, and stationeries.
• Ensure timely availability and proper record‑keeping of supplies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
• Good Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
