Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings (local & international)
- Issue e-tickets and manage reservations
- Assist with date changes and cancellations
- Provide clients with the best travel options
- Work closely with other teams to coordinate bookings and client follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in ticketing/reservations
- Must hold a relevant degree
- Experience with booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- All references must be provided
