JOB SUMMARY:
A leading Insurance Brokerage Firm in Kumasi seeks to employ the services of a well-experienced and result-oriented Manager to identify business growth, develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives, set goals as well as delegate tasks for a more efficient team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Proactively solicit and secure new business
> Effectively close deals and foster strong relationships with clients.
> Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
> Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
> Regularly update and organize customer information for efficient use.
> Ensure timely and accurate receipt of commissions
> Generate and deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
> Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing or a related field.
> Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the AClI will be an advantage.
> Minimum of Five (5) years of proven work experience in a Sales and Marketing role.
> Strong leadership and team management skills
> Analytical mindset with the ability to make result-oriented decisions.
> Must have driving skills and a valid Driver's License.
