We are seeking a Factory Hand to join our production team in Westlands, Accra. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and have strong attention to detail. This role involves assisting with day-to-day factory operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting production activities to ensure efficiency and quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general factory operations and production activities.
• Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor.
• Report any faults, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Support the team to meet production targets efficiently.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or above.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Must be available to start work immediately.
