We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Service Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of Dubai’s leading dining destinations. Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their visit
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and high level of personal grooming
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
