ASSISTANT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Assistant to join our team! As a Bakery Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping us prepare and display delicious baked goods for our customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in bookkeeping is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing business strategies
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and mentor staff members to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions
