Job Description

To support the execution of human resource strategies, staff welfare administration, and personnel management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.
  • Assist with performance management, leave administration, and staff welfare activities.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations initiatives.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

Core Skills and Competencies

  • Good knowledge of public service human resource policies and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.

High integrity and confidentiality.
