Job Summary
The Learning and Development Specialist will design, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives that enhance employee knowledge, clinical competencies, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organizational training needs through assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and deliver learning programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Develop e-learning content, workshops, and training materials.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness using evaluations and performance metrics.
- Maintain learning records and compliance documentation.
- Partner with department managers to support talent development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within healthcare.
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
