Job Summary

The Learning and Development Specialist will design, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives that enhance employee knowledge, clinical competencies, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify organizational training needs through assessments and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and deliver learning programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Develop e-learning content, workshops, and training materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using evaluations and performance metrics.
  • Maintain learning records and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with department managers to support talent development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within healthcare.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
