Job Description
We are looking for a competent Auto Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and the ability to identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, braking, and suspension problems.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Replace faulty or worn-out vehicle components.
- Use diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment appropriately.
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Practical experience in automobile maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of vehicle engines and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs.
- Familiarity with automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Relevant technical training, vocational certification, or apprenticeship experience is an advantage.
