Job Description
Silgh Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Wellhead Installation Supervisor to oversee wellhead installation activities, supervise technical personnel, and ensure that installation work is completed safely and in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise wellhead installation and related field activities.
- Coordinate installation teams, equipment, and work schedules.
- Ensure correct installation of casing spools, wellhead housings, casing/tubing hangers, and seals.
- Oversee running-tool operations and pressure testing.
- Verify compliance with installation procedures and manufacturer requirements.
- Conduct safety briefings and monitor compliance with offshore safety standards.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain installation records and report progress to project management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 8–10+ years of wellhead installation experience.
- Significant offshore experience supervising wellhead installation activities.
- Experience with casing spools, wellhead housings, casing/tubing hangers, seals, running tools, and pressure testing.
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification.
- OEM wellhead installation training is highly desirable.
- Valid offshore safety certification, such as BOSIET/FOET or an applicable equivalent.
- Valid offshore medical and other client-required certifications.
